2024: A blank canvas
2026: Your vision realized
“Large, central, undeveloped, with incredible resources hundreds of feet away. It’s not only the best blank canvas island in the Bahamas. It’s the only prime property left of its kind. ”
Quick development facts:
Every yacht heading to Harbour Island, a mega yacht and billionaire hub, pass within a few feet of Charles Island’s shores. The market has yet to be tapped on this route with no other great locations.
Charles Island is ready to begin development tomorrow. Connected to the only private and most stable power plant in The Bahamas, there is no better place to build a power heavy marina or property development. Public water is connected as well, eliminating the need for generator and saltwater desalinization to supply the property. These same utilities can cost millions to supply to other private islands, and with less stable infrastructure.
The property market in Spanish Wells is seeing unprecedented growth, with foreigners buying more land than ever before.
Spanish Wells is known for it’s incredible work force; there is even a song about it. With some of North America’s best marine mechanics and overall community work ethic, there are people and a community to help support and sustain a larger development, and they do not need to be housed on island.
Despite the tremendous wealth and demand in North Eleuthera, there are no golf courses. Abaco, Nassau, Paradise Island, and Grand Bahama all have courses. Charles Island has monopoly potential, with incredibly few viable and exclusive alternatives.
The side of the island that faces town is mostly filled “touched” land, this allows for an incredible array of project designs, for a fraction of the price. Including the added benefit of easier permitting and protection all around. With part of the island being easily pliable and sculptable for canals, harbors, and/or smaller private islands, your imagination is the limit.
